Partner with Management to Reach Full Potential:
Enhance Cash Flow
We partner with management teams in seeking to build equity value through four key objectives:
- Accelerate growth, both organically and through acquisition
- Improve operating efficiencies
- Enhance cash flow
- Position for attractive exit alternatives
ARTCAP invests across three sectors:
Industrial products and services
Consumer products and services
Value added distribution
ARTCAP collaborates with management and brings a refined set of standard operating procedures in areas of operational excellence: strategic planning, corporate finance, growth acceleration initiatives, brand building, marketing, recruiting, operations, supply chain/distribution, and financial reporting. Alongside this, ARTCAP delivers third party resources, relationships and independent board members to enhance value creation initiatives.
We target companies up to $200 million in enterprise value and typically seek to deploy up to $40 million of equity capital per investment.
